Editing
There will be an extra charge, ranging from $0.30 to $10, for additional editing.

 

Payments
 

• ​Full payment is required before the delivery of any photographs or videos.
      

• Payment can be made via

1. E-transfer,

2. Credit card,

3. Debit card and

4. Apple pay

Cancellations
Since we have already turned down other reservations, we demand at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. After this point, a 40% cancellation fee is applied to or subtracted from the refund. If a commercial shot is canceled during this window, there will be a $500 cancellation charge for the whole session.

rearranging Owing To The Weather
Photo shoots will go as planned if it's not snowing or pouring. We can film the interior if there is precipitation, and you will see that the seller has worked very hard to prepare the property for the planned filming. Yet, a revisit fee of $35, for traveling and re-set up, is applicable for us to return to do the exterior photos at the earliest available date. Another option is to reschedule the entire shoot to the next available time slot, at no extra charge. Please note: We can process a full refund within 24 hours. After that time, there will be an admin/processing fee of $50. Customers can always choose to hold a credit (without deduction) for the full amount with us for future use.

However, if we want to come back and do the exterior shots as soon as possible, there will be a $45 revisit charge that covers the cost of travel and re-setting up. We can also choose to reschedule the full production for the next available time frame without any additional fees.

Note that we can process a complete refund in less than a day. There will be a $50 admin/processing fee after that. Clients are always free to retain a credit with us for future usage in the full amount (without reduction).
